Shipping Information

All products that are sold by Yourtech Services will be shipped out the following business day.
All orders that exceed $215 (inc GST) will be shipped out FREE OF CHARGE.
For orders under this value flat  delivery fee of $15.00  (inc GST) will apply to the order.
If there is any changes to the order or cancellations this needs to be reported before the goods are despatched (within 24 hours of the order).

Once the freight has arrived to the customer, if there is any shipping damage, customers should file a claim to their carrier immediately. If there is a discrepancy in the order, i.e. wrong items sent or missing items, this should be reported to Yourtech Services within 24 hours.

Returns will be accepted for full replacement or refund providing the defective parts have been tested by Yourtech Services and deemed defective.  Returns are not accepted for incompatibility.  Any shipping fees involved in returning goods is at the customers expense.
